NaNoWriMo

So today is the 3rd day for NaNoWriMo and I only have 700 words and I should be at 4,000. I quit doing homework because all of my homework was optional tonight.

Grawwrgg. I've already planned that my story for next year will be about my life plans.

Pokemon vs. Digimon

This one's for Megan.

When I was little I really likes Pokemon, but mostly just to look at them. I did have three card boxes filled with them, but I never really understood how to play/ battle/ whatever.

I left that to the TV show/ movies...

Which were awesome...

And I might have watched Spell of the Unown this morning.

When I found out I was changing schools in 4th grade i decided that Pokemon wasn't cool, and if it wasn't cool, I didn't like it; I gave them all to my friend Eric, but he can't find them.

(can't find = hasn't looked)

Since then I have faced the fact that Pokemon will always be cool. Because they're freaking adorable. And... bad-ass I guess... (Togepi was my favorite useless one... and Bulbasaur was my other favorite)

Also I used to watch Digimon in the really early morning on ABC Family in like 2nd grade, because they were cute... in a really scary way. (The orange bat was my favorite)

But then they were frightening.

And Sailor Moon was awesome. And Totally Spies. And Dexter's Lab. And Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.

Yeah.

Small Venues and Boston/Cambridge

So on the 8th I went to a Remus Lupins/ Skyway Flyer/ Mike Lombardo/ Tonks and the Aurors concert at the Lily Pad in Cambridge. Now, I have never seen the Lily Pad before and let me tell you, IT'S FREAKING AWESOME. Of course I'm one of those unknown bands in small places kind of girl. It's just... ahhh.

Now to the show: EVERYTHING I HOPED FOR AND MORE.

I was running late to the show and came in in the middle of "That Will Be the Day" by Mike and even my mom said it sounded amazing. It was... shivers. I'm sad I only got "Hey Molly" on camera.

I gave him this and he hugged me. ^_^ I was sort of those awkward hugs where the person reciving only does one arm because they don't feel worthy of two, but then the person initiating the hug goes in for two and then you can't move your arm. But still. It's Mike Lombardo.

Next was Skyway Flyer.

It was really exciting... but i really don't want to write this blog anymore...

First Blog Post

So this is my new blog.

It took me three days to come up with a name- and it wasn't even completely mine. My friend Brandon came up with Hailey's Daily, I decided on the [not so] part. I don't want to write a post I've been planning today because... I'm tired and I will need full concentration to write it all down.

My goal for this it to be posting at least once a week because I like to share the weird happenings in my life (like anythings that comes out of my mother's mouth) with people who will listen.

Like how my OLDER SISTER and one of her friends are lying on my legs fighting and biting over a cell phone.

Or creative things I do that's really random.

So that's what will be happening around here.
